I believe that's what is holding you back from the 4th week. You won't have ten (10) FULL years of service until 31 DEC 2015. So when you bid for your vacation in August 2015 for 2016 vacation, you'll bid for 4 weeks at that time.

I think part of the issue is that it shows a loss. For 2014 I had 3 weeks, now for 2015 I have 2 weeks?

Same here. They said it was a mistake that I got 3 weeks last year. I guess I should just be happy that I got them and dont have to repay or some BS.

That is wierd since a class ahead of mine is showing 21 days and my class started a week later and we all are showing 14 but one guy who shows 21. Also there are couple guys deeper down the list that show 21 days.

If you were furloughed, then you do not get credit while you were off property. Some of the guys down the list went to ASA and they were flying well before the XJT side started recalling. If they have a 702**** employee number, those would be the ASA guys. They have more longevity than the rest of us furloughed guys.

If they went to ASA they should not have more longevity here I would think.

Union agreement before they ever went over there. They kept the longevity from here when they were there and when they came back it was the same. We were the same company at the time that the deal was done. It was to help our guys get off of furlough with our new made super regional company.
