    The cracks are starting to show in Uniteds regional game plan; just keep the 200% coming.

    Just starting? The cracks went from dripping to gushing with passage of 117. Get ready for rev 3, post CPP.

    The two areas I see that went from bad to much worse across all airlines was breaking up the wholly owned regional, and outstation outsourcing. This gave us Colgan/Pinnacle and GAT. We all know what Colgan is famous for now, and GAT... well, I have nothing good to say there I wish to explain online.

    Lol I had not heard the "Simplysh!tty" one. But seeing as we are going down this route ....

    DGS= Don't Give a Sh1t, or Degenerate Ground Services.

    The plan started before they let sim 2 go. First part was OO acquiring XJT for our first right at new ERJs. Second part was re-invention of the product. That was probably supposed to occur with C5, but ended up using XJT due to the way things played out and the change in management (Oscar and Scott taking over UA). They are making near Gordon level changes to the entire UA system. The new XJT appears to be part of that. I think Scott saved AW for a reason and also has a vision for XJT. C5, Mesa, and Republic was Smisek’s folly, and they are at the end of thin, wet ropes with UA.

    BTW, word is a big hiring blitz at UA starting after September. FTC (Denver training center) is ramping up by staffing lots of new instructors. It’s a good time to keep your s41t straight regardless of what appears to be going on otherwise with management at XJT...
