Just because it happened in the past doesn't make it right. It speaks directly to the character of the candidate. John McCain is an adulterer in the eyes of the Lord.

this is exactly why a candidates religious beliefs should not be considered when casting your vote. and it certainly should not be used as a campaign strategy. the bible belt needs to start looking at the issues and not vote republican just because.

on the other side of the coin.
for all the african american voters that vote democrat just because. MLK jr was a republican.

Let he who is without sin, cast the first stone.

Do you know for a fact that he has not made his peace with God concerning this?

Are you married? If so, have you EVER had an impure thought about another woman/man?

Didn't know that the ability to get pregnant was a disease that needs to be treated.
No it's not, but when it could have a direct economical impact on the welfare system, it should be considered. On the other hand though, people don't use condoms who the hell says they are going to pop a pill.

It'll be truly sad if people if such a pathetic narrow perspective on life and politics decides this election like the last one...

To add to your comment, people should try and remember a guy named George Corley Wallace Jr.

They don't vote democrat "just because". MLK voted for JFK and LBJ. Southern Democrats of the 60's would be Republicans today.

What a coincidence, MLK jr. was a republican AND he used to beat his wife AND cheated on her repeatedly with various prostitutes (don't waste your time arguing, this is a well known fact that no one likes to talk about).

Looks like neither republicans nor democrats can keep their dicks in their pants. Solution: vote for the lesser of the two sleazebags.

Welcome to America

there are more than 2 people running.

You're not one of those who think that if you dont vote for one of the two big parties, you're wasting your vote are you?

The problem with our election system is exactly what you state, we only have two choices for a candidate because most Americans do not even realize they can vote for somebody other then Elephants and Democrats.
