    I've taken a gander at it and read some posts today. The 'rumors' are terrifyingly accurate. Don't know how to post a PDF on my iPhone but take what's being 'rumored' as mostly accurate for your decision making.

    OH MY!!!! A SHINY QUARTER!!!

    Okay, it is actually a 26 cent gain in pay for a captain on 10 year pay versus the old LXJT contract (2009) rates.

    FOs locked into 8 year pay and looks like the 135 pay is actually a cut ($4!!!!!) for a 10 year captain.

    Seriously???

    And these are just the pay rates!!!

    401(k) Savings Plan
    1. A pilot may participate in the Company‘s 401(k) Plan subject to the
    terms and conditions of the Plan and IRS limitations.
    2. The Company’s 401(k) Plan will not be discontinued during the term of
    this Agreement.
    3. The Company will match the pilot‘s contributions each paycheck as
    follows:
    Completed years of active service Company match
    <5 100% up to 2%
    5<10 100% up to 5%
    10+ 100% up to 6%
    4. A pilot will be vested in the Company‘s contributions to the plan based
    on his length of active service with the Company as follows:
    Completed years of active service Vesting
    2 20%
    3 40%
    4 60%
    5 100%

    Have to wear a hat if the mainline partner requires it? Then the mainline partner should EMPLOY us!
