    pay your employees correctly and they dont need to steal

    I'm not advocating low pay but....

    Sorry but I don't buy that excuse. There's nothing lower than a thief. Unfortunately, no matter how much you pay some people there will always be theft. If pay were the issue, rather than a character flaw, many "white collar" crimes would never occur.

    A pedifile (sp) is lower than a thief in my opinion.

    Now all he has to do is go get all his ratings, and he will be hired as a CAL pilot within the month.
