Probably the 60 day leave approvals. The pilots have left but it will not show for 60 days.

If that's the case, I don't see a reason why they CAN'T simply publish the normal data, THEN simply add a section for pilots that returned in that SAME month's data.

Or just say "we had X amount of pilots leave, with Y amount of them able to exercise the leave provision".

31? For March it shows 76 gone: 25 Crj and 51 erj (32 erj Ca and 19 erj Fo)

April has only started (just like the previous data only showed part of March with 20 leaving)

Not sure what you guys are looking at.

First, this is the MARCH attrition data. (we are in April right now)
Second, 31 left already in April. The number that is important is the March number of 76
Third, How can anyone take any of this info on this PDF as accurate information. The numbers do not add up. I would really like to know what kind of math they teach in ATL.

    32+19+8+5=?

    ?=64 or 76

Looks like the CA attrition outnumbers the FO attrition ( For the ERJ side), not by much but first time I have seen that in a while.

You are absolutely right, I was looking at the April numbers, not March. My mistake. Will someone throw me a lifeline?? I'd like to get out of this place asap!

We had one ERJ Captain go to a regional? That's pretty impressive.

That's because the only seniority number that means anything is one at the big three, FedEx, etc. If an extra type in (say a 190) get you two points ahead of the next guy then it's a deal. With all the hiring, regional seniority only means something to an FO, and not even then if United HR is involved.
