    Funny, he didn't mention that all of this is a result of management biting off more than they could chew. ie. buying mesaba and Colgan!

    So here's the Cliffs Notes version:

    1. We got in over our head buying Colgan and Mesaba
    2. I gave myself a real big raise
    3. Delta is trying to squeeze us and run us out of business
    4. We want you, the labor force, to pay for my mistakes and my raise
    5. If you don't give it back, I'll try to take it back
