I am looking for a couple of volunteers who could test out the new schedule extractor I have for FFDO's.
This web application that I've created logs into CCS and copies your schedule. You are then shown your schedule in a format that you can copy and paste into the FFDO Schedule Importer.
PM me if interested. Also, this is FREE and you don't have to download anything (completely online).
Thanks,
Ivan
No, I have not heard that. That would be a pretty complex thing to do and I dont know if the TSA would appreciate that. In fact, thinking about how many hoops you have to jump through just to get to the Calendar, I can't see that program being possible. Hmmm. ok, possible, but not practical.![]()
Not an FFDO, but just curious - what format does it export your schedule to, and is it something the rest of us could use to get our schedules onto our phones, Outlook/Google calendars, etc? Could be worth a lot of beer on your overnights, I'm thinking. Definitely when you fly with me, anyway.
What format do you need it exported to? I was thinking about getting started on Google Calendar. I have no experience with it so it will be a little bit of a learning curb. Could be a few weeks. I am working on something else big, that will hopefully start making me money.
Please let me know what format you prefer and I'll see what I can do.
For me, .csv would work, or anything else I could get into Google calendar or Outlook, since I have both of them synced with each other and also my iPhone. When CCS Max was free, I'd go from CCS to .csv>Outlook>Gcal & iPhone. If I could get it into any one of those, I can get it into all of them.
Any news on this? I saw where you posted the FFDO thing. Tried to register for xjtcommuters but it said there was trouble with the database and I couldn't register. I was going to see if the FFDO thing would be something I could import into my calendar. In any case, thanks for sharing with the rest of us, even though I'm not an FFDO myself.
You are right. There was something wrong with it. And I had no idea. I received no email telling me of the problem.
The problem was not with the database, but with the email confirmation program that send out the email to the registered user. I have taken out that part of the registration process and it is working now.
All users who tried to Register before and was given the error, your information went through to the database and was properly saved. All you need to do now is login and use the site. http://www.xjtcommuter.com/members/Login.aspx
