How much time did you have when you got the call for the interview. Did you have inside recommendations? How many days off on reserve/average for a junior line holder. What is the call out for reserve? When does health insurance start. How does the contract compare to ours? I live outside atlanta and looking seriously at Airtran.

Thanks

i had about 7000 hours of which about 3500 was Turbine PIC. I had a few internal recs. Reserve days off is usually 11-12, 2 hour reserve call out, insurance starts the ist day of the next full month after date of hire.
Contract is ok, we are in contract talks as of now with not much progress.

1. It took me nine months to get a call. At about month seven I went into the CP office and bugged them until I got an interview - seriously, it works.

2. A couple

3. 10 days off on reserve. 717 guys (like me) are flying their butts off.

6. Honestly, I really miss the XJT contract. The Airtran one is like Contract 97 - full of swiss cheese. Management - Pilot relations are not real good. Not a lot of respect there.
