I saw this museum on the news. They have exhibits with dinosaurs and people living during the same time frame. Which is ridiculous. Wishful thinking is driving that museum and not science. Saying something is really complex and needs a creator is not science. It is a plea to ignorance, something that scientists have fought forever. Eventually creationism/intelligent design will fall to the wayside like the earth centered universe model, the belief in a flat earth, a 6000 thousand year old earth (i guess this is in question ), bleeding people out in order to heal them, ect.
If creationism is not true would it disprove a god? Nope, so I don't understand this stubbornness to change into a modern world. Sorry my rant is over. I just don't understand how this can be an issue anymore.

how can you say something is millions of years old? carbon dating is ridiculous. The earth is young, yes, probably less than 10000.
Whatever you say, whatever you believe, every man, woman, child, even Hugh Hefner, will declare that God is the one and only God.

But if people weren't alive at the same time as dinosaurs, how could Fred Flintstone have owned one as a pet, operated one in the construction business, and even had one of their giant slabs of ribs topple over his prehistoric car?

Your right kailuaboy, carbon dating is ridiculous. Science in general it has never been right or done anything good for society. All of these scientist are just conspiring against religion for unknown reasons. For know on i just going to use an archaic book written by simpletons several thousand years ago for my scientific knowledge. Hooray Ignorance!

What the hell are you talking about? Your are right if you meant that I would declare that Zeus is the one and only Zeus. Or Ra, Thor, Baal, Allah, ect. Whatever, I going out to ride my unicorn in search of leprechauns.

I'm glad you realize that God has used simple people. Most of the people in the Bible were just simple people, no bodies, until God intervened into their lives, and made them somebodies. Moses, Jonah, David (the one who killed Goliath), Daniel (and the lions den), etc. were all simple men who trusted God and did His will, and now, they are legends and examples of how we should live our lives.
Let me ask you this: If there were no God, how did we become? How did atoms become atoms (aliens?)? Who created the aliens? How did they come about? How did the big bang happen? Something had to of created something to actually explode into creating this big bang theory.
I believe this: That the world, universe and all we know of (land, birds, dinosaurs, the sun, the moon, etc.) were all created in six days (literally). And I also believe that God sent his son Jesus, born of the virgin Mary, to come down and sacrifice himself for our sakes ( Our = everyone that has lived, is living or will come to live until the end of time). I also believe that Jesus died, and rose again on the third day and is in Heaven awaiting His return to Earth to rule for a 1000 years. That is my belief, it is solely based on The Bible. Call me whatever you like, I am what I am, a Jesus Freak!!
