Please explain....
this is a little complicated, but i will try to explain it for Sonam.

1-select Export .CSV Text Format.
2-right click on the data displayed, and choose select all.
3-right click on the data displayed, and choose copy.
4-open notepad from your start menu.
5-right click and select paste.
6-go under file, save as, then give it a file name, and save to desktop.
7-open your google calander.
8-under the calander on the left, select add, then import calander.
9-click the browse button, then choose the file you made in step 6.
10-click on import.
11- put your calander on the fridge for the wife and kids, and share online with friends.

the above procedure is correct.

don't forget to set your account timezone and also
your calendar timezone before importing otherwise
the times will be off.

i plan to make this process easier in the next
release with maybe support for iCAL format

CCS Max has made so many tedious tasks so simple; I fear I have become really lazy...
Before a trip, I try to plan what to pack according to the weather (obviously) for my overnights as well as what extra other gear I might want to take; eg trench coat, gloves, umbrella, etc. I have been using weather.com 's "trip planner" to input multiple airports for the duration of my trip. It gives me a quick overview of the temps and type of precip to expect, as well as recommends the type of clothes to pack.
Suggestion/Request:
Would it be possible for ccsmax to open a pop-up window with the weather.com info and automatically populate the destination cities and dates by clicking a "weather for your trip" button under each pairing in my schedule?

Just an idea...

I just put 5.8 on and I like the new hotel info. The hotel info for the short Austin (HAMPTON SHORT) points you to the long downtown layover Hampton inn. All the others I have checked so far were correct.

version 5.8 adds overnight hotel info links.

having some problems with the mex overnights
because of differences in airport id as displayed
in ccs compared to icao codes.

can someone familiar with the airports fill in
the ccs airport codes and email them to me.

Using Notepad, Wordpad, or Word, I am not getting the ability to save it as a .csv file. Only a .txt file. Then Outlook doesn't see the file when I try to import.

Any ideas?

Edit: I got it into Google this way then synced it with Outlook.

when you open the "save as" window in notepad -

set the "save as type" to "all files" -

now you can give it a name with .csv extension.

Thumbs up GS Messages in

What happened to the VM messages that we could listen to in CCS Max? Are they only posted when someone is able to record the call? It would be very nice if that feature was returned if it is possible.

Thanks,

LC
