Well, it was great while it lasted, not having to commute to IAH. I was at least hoping not having to commute for another year, but I guess that was wishful thinking.

Some of us just don't want to live in IAH CLE or EWR. This recession won't last forever. Lets remember that all the other airlines are feeling the pinch of high fuel prices. If we can cut back on branded and minimize the bleeding, we will come back stronger. We don't want to be at the mercy of CAL for all of our $. By the way, I believe there is flying in branded that can pay the bills. A lot of our city pairs are going out full! Most importantly, our PAX love us! We just need to be able to raise the fares or implement a fuel surcharge.

It's been over a year dude, how much more time does it need? I don't think oil is going to come down, and if it did, not soon enough.

I don't understand this decision, and I resent the company for not being the first to make the announcement to the labor groups.
