Branded is shrinking ... 102 Ontario FO lines for July. 85 for August. During the "busy" travel season too.

Well I was gonna comment further but this is in the public area. All I will say is I have my doubts about anything outside of CAL. The majors have the regionals by the b@lls as we did to them post 9/11. Good luck to all.

Any banner towing jobs in Phoenix?

The August flight cancellations have been out for a while. Basically, we have the 30% reduced schedule starting August 23, and is currently slated to last until November 15. They have not yet put out or let be know to us what the schedule might be beyond that.

I was under the same impression as hou757, that this may be a good sign for branded. I still think branded will continue to shrink, but I don't think it will go away. I could see us keeping the MSY flying and the West Coast flying, and limiting or doing away with the in-betweens.

Moderators need to put a black band around the tail of the Delta jet at the top of this forum, man how many furloughs are coming, displaced seats in bases etc....

yeah it said we could return the 30 with the option to give back more. I would count on us giving all of them back except for the charter aircraft

we're actually returning 39 aircraft and keeping 30 (at reduced rates).

i think its time for our company to make a profit. end branded and start working on cash reserves. Stop throwing good money after bad and invest our capital in trying to acquire flying that can pay the bills. Branded could bring us under.... I might be furloughed but we will come back to a sronger company down the road.
