Yo, CAL is furloughing 450. I just heard that from a dude that got the call.

Also, CAL is now trying to get a flowback to any airline that is an Express carrier of it. Sorry, don't think so!!!

FWIW, I was j/s up front the other day on CAL and they also verified a 400 - 450 furlough number. They didn't say anything about flowbacks though.

Just a head's up. CAL doesn't call you, they send a letter. They haven't gone out yet, and we don't know how many will if any. They're still talking over COLAs and early outs, as well as other measures. Since I'm about #375, I can personally verify that you're "source" is full of crap.
