LOL, gotta love it when people add any of the directions, ie: west bucktown to where their property is.... The Puerto Ricans are moving progressively west, so in a few years humbolt park will be the place to own property...

I hear ya. Talking to some of the old timers in my neighborhood, the crime rate was less when the Puerto Ricans were in town then with all the white yuppies that are moving in... Thats the one thing that amazes me, Wicker Park is getting trendier by the second, ever time I get home from a trip theres a new bar or restaurant that everybody is talking about.... I just wish I owned instead of rented....
