Perm bid closed today, I know this may have been asked already, but does anyone know when the upgrade/advancement bid opens?

The company has 10 business days to award the bid (See Section 9.C.4.a.). They then have 7 days from the award to post the Upgrade/Advancement bid (see Section 9.C.5.c).

vacancy awards are posted within 10 business days of closing, and then it looks lke within 7 days of the vacancy award, the advancement and training bid will be posted, bid period will close then in 7 days, with awards being available 2 days later

So by my math, 10 business days would be the 29th. Therfore those of us who are SRJ Capts. and might become ERJ Capts. on this bid should see that pay rate effective April. Correct?
