How are military guys received, especially guard and reserve guys, how is military leave looked on?

It's required under law and not a **** thing they can do about it. I'd say close to 20% of pilots at all airlines are reservists.

I'd say 20% is a bit high... why dont you pull up the montly line award and see just how many folks have "DW" in the vacation column.

But there is no frowing upon it... why would there be?
