Default Employment Taxes

Since XJT pilots live scattered about the US, how does the company take taxes out of the paycheck? Is it based on the hub you work out of? Is it strictly based out of corporate in Houston? Or is it based on the state you call your permanent residence? Thanks!

Thats true but in Newark you still get stuck with SUI/SDI Taxes or whatever it is since that is where you are based.....Cleveland has that RITA tax but that may only apply if you live there.
