I was just confused because that leaves my PA-23 time and some BE-76 time out before I got my MEL. That was it. I am flying the BE-99 and I do have SIC time in that. I had to do an IFR SIC checkride in order to fly the aircraft.

Yup...you're on the right track. I haven't seen the grid in about a year and a half, but doesn't it have boxes for TOTAL as well as the other categories you listed? If so, then stick the dual ME time in the TOTAL box and the difference between TOTAL and PIC+SIC would be the time spent getting the rating. I think HR will know that the difference is "dual received" while obtaining your ME. I just remember that when I walked into the interview, I wanted all my numbers on the grid to tick and tie back to the numbers in my logbook. Good luck on the interview, which is when, by the way??
Git 'er done!!!
