Default odds of CLE?

Hi everyone,
I'm new to the board, just had a quick question about bases selection.
I live in northern Ohio and am going to be applying to Expressjet soon, I'm just curious what the odds of gettting CLE are as a new hire?

Thanks,
Ken

almost 100%. But you should apply and get an interview before trying to figure out bases.

Getting CLE is actually a determining factor if I apply or not, since I'm only an hour away.

Well since you can never be sure which base you will get right out of training, I guess you shouldn't apply.

I guess you're only options of airline jobs are Air Tahoma, Chautauqua (only if they promise to give you Columbus) and ExpressJet (only if they promise to give you Cleveland). I'm sure the interview will go real well.

Dude, cut the guy some slack man. Pilot guy this is not a good representation of the type of people you will meet here. Apply and even if you don't get CLE right away you'll be able to base trade or make to CLE in a few short months. I am also form Ohio and have never been based anywhere other than CLE. IF you have any other questions please feel free to ask, that's why we're here. Good Luck!

Like you never thought about bases or payscales or equip type before you interviewed. Give me a break.

Hey you would probably get CLE straight out of training. Even if you dont you will be able to bid it soon enough i only sat in EWR for 2 months before bidding back to houston. Good luck
