Like you never thought about bases or payscales or equip type before you interviewed. Give me a break.

No, I did. But then again I made the mistake of working for Mesa, so what do I know!!! ops:

Out of training CLE is a good possiblility, I used to live in CLE but decided to transfer to IAH. If you do get CLE it IS the most senior base, smallest base, and time to hold a line and upgrade is longer than both bases! So becareful what you wish for you may just get it!

If you are looking for a CLE based company that flies a lot try Flight Options, 2000 total 300 ME 100 Turbine and yes you can be a corporate pilot. Eight days on and 6 off and the choice of living anywhere in the U.S. you'd like.

Not for FO's. They are holding a line within 2-3 months. I talked to a guy last month who was holding a Relief line after a month on Reserve. IAH is by far the most senior for FO's.

Agreed. IAH is running about 5 months for reserve FO's. CLE and EWR are 2-3.

Well that is refreshing news. I still feel that CLE will have the longest upgrade time vs IAH, or EWR.

Well sure, since its the most senior CA base. That shouldn't have any factor in making your decision at this point though. You aren't going to be a CA for at least a couple of years (probably longer), no matter what your base is.

SRJ CA is fairly even among the 3 bases but CLE is by far the most senior for LRJ CA. Long Jet is about a 5 and half year upgrade in CLE.
