Default Min requirments again

Can someone give me the skinny on who is getting hired and what the mins are to get an interview. Wait times from online app fillout etc. I got hired in Feb with about 750 TT, almost all in Glass military stuff, but got jammed with a guard activation before I could get to class, on top of it HR told me sorry, reapply when you get back, which I did online but was wondering if anyone had any better advice, I've got about 1100 TT now, 900 multi, 275 actual instrument now thanks to GWB and the old USAF. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Any idea how many people are getting hired a month? Thanks in advance. Still want to work for XJT bad.

Happy Camper...Nothing is guaranteed, or covered under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act, until you are an employee, which means at least begining training.

He wasn't let go...he was deferred.

However, guardguy...now that you are back, you did the right thing by reapplying, but I think you should call Angela (I think that is who took Dawn's place) and talk to her. If you were accepted before, you should not have to go through the interview process again.

Best of luck.

Ya had a class date and all, but if you don't have that sacred number your just a person who has been given a conditional offer of employment, not actually employed till day one of training. I'll call her, thanks for the advice.

I did notice on a few of the quage sights that the guys getting hired have a lot of time, is this a change in philosophy or just picking up a lot of guys from Indi?

My understanding is that they are now focusing on previous or furloughed 121(mostly indy guys), as well as 135 experience or part 91 turbine time. Military time would probably be helpful as well. Basically, they are done for the time being with the hiring of all of the flight instructors.
