Here's a copy of it that went out on Jan. 25th. I'm sure everyone received the same email that was in the pool at that time.

"Good Evening~

I hope that you had a Fantastic Holiday and a wonderful start to a new year. I wanted to touch base with everyone about training dates. I have had a lot of questions about when it will start. I can definitely understand everyone’s concerns. At this time the next class may not be until April but that is always subject to change. I’m sorry that I can’t give you an exact date and I will try to keep everyone updated as much as I possibly can. As soon as I have an exact date for your class I will call you with further instructions. I appreciate everyone being patient with me and the class dates. Feel free to email me at any time if you have any questions or concerns. Thanks and have a great weekend."

Don't worry, if they offered you the job at the interview, sent you for the pee-test, id picture, etc then you are in the pool "officially". As far as everything else you see on this board, be sure to check the bottom of your shoes often. The BS runs about ankle deep on the pipe. Welcome to the company! It's well worth the wait.

I sent Angela an e-mail today to see if there was any new news. I've been in the pool since dec. 12th. I guess I can wait until May but anymore than that and I don't know. I really hope you guys aren't right about classes starting late summer. that would suck!

I would say that all you guppies swiming in the pool better start looking the plug may be pulled soon, and all the water like our money is going to be drained fast...

I did hear that CHQ is hiring 800 or better this year upgrades running about 14 months yes 14 months.

Who's "they"? Just did my RPC a couple of days ago, and as far as I heard they're still running class in April. Besides, with the amount of attrition going on here, can anyone honestly see no new hires this year?

Finally, some different news! May not be true but it sounds better.

I have also heard that no classes until the end of summer. So my guess is June/July/August, somewhere in that time frame. I can't see anything before that. The company appears to be over staffed, hince that last FIL for the summer months. For the guys in the pool, I can't even imagine what it must be like to be offered a training date and then having it moved back. However, that is the airline business, it runs in cycles. We might not be experiencing the same level of growth as in the past 2-3 years, but it will come around again. For those of you in the pool, this company would be well worth your wait, trust me on that! BTW, you are not an employee until you pass your FOPC and have your badge in your hands.
