When do medical benefits kick in?

Default When do medical benefits kick in?

Do they kick in at the start of training or when you start on reserve? I don't want there to be a lapse of coverage for my wife and child. Also, how much should I expect out of my paycheck if I choose the EPO 90% plan for all of us?

They kick in after the third CALENDER month from your start date... For example, I started class in August (Sept, Oct) so my health bennies start on Nov. 1

I'll look into the price stuff later...
