No, nothing went wrong. You were already awarded your base based on your seniority within your class and what was available and required at the time of your award. We were not awarded bases until today. We were awarded our bases based on the fact that you are already filling a position in another base and also on what was available as of today. Sorry you didn't get what you wanted, but that's how it works. Your only way to change your base once it's been awarded is through the permanent bid.
