call 1-877-324-7622. Listen for the prompts for the training center, then listen for training scheduling and the weekend scheduler. They will be able to help you out. Your hotel might be on your schedule on CCS.

You can also try 832-353-3137, but I am not sure if she works weekends. Her name is Jamie, or Julie or some like that.
Good luck.

In six and a half years they have yet to return my call on a weekend. Keep calling and maybe they will actually answer the phone. Otherwise try scheduling, if that doesn't work page a chief pilot.

Its because you have maybe 1 or 2 working the weekend and 5 or more working (plus an intern?) during the week

Whatever the reason, it has not happened. Actually I tried getting in touch with training scheduling for almost a month to talk about an RPC. I left a total of 12 messages and no one ever called me back. I finally got it taken care of when I was in the training center for RBI. This was last month so it isn't an old story. I went in and like you say, there were a bunch of them there. I don't know the secret to getting a call returned but they were helpful when I went in.

Anyway, the point is, don't wait for a call back because then you will end up in IAH with no room. Keep trying to get in touch with someone...anyone.

I left a message this morning on Monica's voicemail 832-353-3136, and I was called back within the hour, but it wasn't Monica, it was someone else.

Does anyone know why some background checks are taking much longer than others?
