memorize all flows and limitations it looks like btw for memorization

yea memorize flows, limitations, and memory items. Dont just memorize them, but get in the book and understand what they are and why you are doing them/having to memorize them.

Ahh...If you had your mom to hold your hand it would have been easier for you I'm sure. 350 people hired below you in a month...are you crazy? Also, did it really only take you 4 weeks to complete training? What a ******!
