Bid pack question
When viewing the bid pack online, how do you view the reserve lines that are available?
When I get the pack it only seems to show hardlines. Forgive the ignorance, it's the first time I've used the CCS system and didn't see any way to view them.
Thanks.

Right now only Phase I of the bidding process is in effect for May, which is only for hard lines. Once Phase II comes out in a few weeks it will have relief and reserve lines on it. If you're just trying to get an idea of what they look like you can bring up the Phase II bid packet for April and it will show you April's relief and reserve lines. To do this go into CCS, go to Bidding, then Monthly Line Bid (Adopt). Once you go into the Adopt system you will see a "Reports" drop down menu on top that has an option to bring up past bid packages for different bases.

Thanks,
If I go to the Ad-Opt button, I get an error message that says two things;
1)10 Staff Info cannot be loaded from data base
2)No corresponding elemement was found
Any suggestions?

Had the same thing happen to me.
Are you eligable to bid this round? I'm an FNG and recieved this message 'till this bid. I finished IOE too late for the last bid and scheduling "built" a reserve schedule for me for the month of April.
I asked about not being able to access Ad-Opt last week and Crew Planning stated that until my name appeared on the seniority list with a bid package, Ad-Opt would not know who I was.
I hope this helps

You can't go into the system until you finish IOE. I had the same issues and when I finished IOE and called crew scheduling to let them know, the next day I checked CCS and was able to go into Ad-Opt.

I'm also very new to the system. I've looked around CCS and was limited on access. I'll have to run a search once I get around to bidding.

Also be careful, the four relocation days after IOE provided by the contract can be difficult to get. Is someone coming to the indoc classes and telling you guys you don't get these days?
