Default Logbook Question

I was going through my logbook and tabbing all of my checkrides and realized i am missing the entire entry back from my instrument checkride. I already called but the person who administered the checkride under 141 no longer works there. I looked on the FAA website and you can request a document showing certifications. Any ideas? Thanks.

I dont think it really matters. The Examiner for my CFI ride didnt give me a logbook entry and he was from the FAA. I made one of my own to kinda document the ride. You know logged the flight and all. But by all means dont quote me on that.

You can also look on the back of your pilot certificate in your pocket, it lists all your certifications as well. That's what they want to see at the interview. I didn't have any logbook 'signoffs' for checkrides either, and I wouldn't worry about it. It's not required anyway.
