when do we start getting paid?

do i start getting paid the day after my checkride, the day after LOFT? i think they mentioned this a couple months back at the interview. dont recall.

so once your pass your pc, next 15th or 31st you get paid?

Whichever comes first you get paid.

Small check for 37.5 hours on ther 16th, on the 1st you'll get another 37.5, plus any days before the 16th that you weren't paid for. (So if you passed on the 14th, you'd get 37.5 on the 16th, and on the next 1st you'd get 37.5 + 2 days of MMG)
