I received an email with an invitation to interview plus a few questions. I replied to the email on Wednesday April 4th, but I haven't heard anything back since then. The date I selected is the 16th (a week from today). How long did it take for them to email you back after your response? When should I expect to get more information regarding the interview? Should I resend my initial response?

Expect to get info on around Wed. or Thur. thats how it worked for me!!!

I would just anticipate that the interview will be on the day you wanted and just start studying for it. They emailed me on a Thursday, replied same day and got flight info by the following Tuesday.
