Hey Guys, I have a question about applying. How many letters of Rec should I have and how much does it help to have a captain fill out the rec form? Seems like a great place to work at.
I didn't have any L of R when i got hired. One of my best friends does the interviews and he is telling me that they CAN help but really doesn't do much. If you show up without any, then expect some questions on why you don't have any.
