Default New Hire Handbook

Hey guys I need some help here. The Express Jet new hire book I received is incomplete. I have worked for a 121 already and I know how important it is to have your limitations down, but my book does not have that section. I do not want to go on the Web to find the limitations because I know sometimes company limitations vary drastically from the manufacture limitations. I was told to study chapter 3 which has the flows and that's it.
Another question I have is how long before your class date should somebody contact me about my travel arrangements?

Thanks for any help.
