beg...

Seriously... no harm in giving them a call and checking on the status of information that they requested from you.

last I heard 400 pilots in 2007 with a front load to the first several months (i'm guessing May) so you can bet they will be interviewing...i know a bug is going around so the people in HR might be out sick....I'm just getting over it myself. Good Luck!

Went to the interview on the 27th and a BUS LOAD of people showed up 5 minutes after me and this other guy were sitting waiting....
I was called out after Angela's presentation to a room with my logbook to have pointed out i have 3.3 hours (3 years ago) of multi time that aren't signed off because i didn't have my multi ATM but i had gone up with an instructor!
Unfortunately, that put me just 1.3 below the minimums and i was send HOME...........
I can't explain how crushed i feel..I had studied all night and was SOLID....Can't believe i missed it..
I would like to try and re-apply, but my current application still shows screening?!?!?! Any advice?

What do you mean by ATM? Did the instructor just not sign the line?

skynut - i applied 4 months ago and am still being screened. i meet all the minimums, but am coming from a non-aviation related career field (i'm an account exec for a fortune 500 technology company). would you mind telling what your times / experience are? i suspect that my present career field may be the reason that i'm not getting the call for interview. any advice?
thanks

i do know that recency of experience is big so as long as you are flying regularly multi and instrument you should be fine. I submitted my app. the beginning of december. with about 1000 hrs. total and a little over 100 multi, 100 instrument. see if you can flight instruct part time somewhere to stay current. good luck!
