No need to capitalize visitation or anything else there that I know of, but my father's a sheriff up in ROC and works everyday in court, so if you have general questions about those legal matters I may be able to force them on him to get answers from the Family Court judge of New York State.
Anyway, I always felt that only getting 3 days for a child birth was very inconsistent with maternity leave. I know women have the physical part of it and that's fine, but three days for guys? I thought society was evolving to understand that fathers are important to their children and are encouraged to bond and spend time with them.
I certainly think that. 3 days? Some companies have paternity leave--some even paid--but that's quite rare. What's worse is many fathers-to-be probably don't take the company up on it when offered.
Keep up the good work. We need some more voices out there!
