Any of you have a good realitor to recomend that you have personally used? I'm a new FO in Houston and looking to buy a home for possible sublease and/or crash pad use.

Tom Dowdy, ReMax Woodlands and Spring near I-45 and Rayford/Sawdust.

used him for my move down here last year, he's also helped two other XJTers that I know of.

when I walked in, they had me wait 30 minutes and then gave me a stack of 150 listings and said : " why dont you go look at that, and come back if you find something you like"

I DONT THINK SO !
