Question about FMLA leave...

Hi,

My father is very sick and I think I have to take few months off. If it come to a point that I have to do this, how can I do it. What is the longest time I can be out for?? Thanx for the help...

Call HR. Im not sure how long you can take off. I do believe that you need to have about 600 hrs of flying before you can take FMLA.

Hi,

600hrs a year or total in a/c. I've being with ExpressJet for 2 years now. Thanx for the info...
