Just a few questions,

My wife and I are looking at building or buying a home soon and what are some good home builders? We are looking at staying around 150k and want to get out of Harris county because the Taxes are rediculous everywhere we have looked in harris county. I am from Houston so i know the area very well and want to stay on teh northside. We are looking at Conroe, magnolia, montgomery areas. Thus far we found a neighborhood and the builder we are looking at is Choice homes, any info on them and the taxes and or area would be appreciated

I've been looking at some real estate brochures here in Houston. I don't think you'll have much of a problem staying in your price range, buying, or building.
