PLEASE NOTE THESE INSTRUCTIONS HAVE BEEN UPDATE ON August 2013

AT THIS TIME WE ARE ONLY VERIFYING ERJ PILOTS, CRJ PILOTS WILL BE VERIFIED AFTER SLI, THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE

"The Cockpit" is designed for XJT pilots, "The Hangar" for XJT maintenance personnel and "The Galley" for XJT flight attendants, these are private forums dedicated to topics that uniquely and directly pertain only to those employee groups. If you are employed as an ExpressJet pilot, mechanic or FA, and your name appears on the appropriate seniority list, you may apply for access to your group's private forum by following these steps:
  1. Click the "Settings" link at the top of any page, then click on the "Edit Email & Password" link on the left-hand side of the Settings page. Your email address on-file here, at The Pipe, will be displayed on this page. Copy that email address into your computer's clipboard.
  2. Log into our ExpressJet company website at http://www.xjt.com
  3. use the My Messages function to send an email to employee ID: 7033282
  4. Indicate "Pilot", "FA" or "MX" verification requested in the subject line. In the body of your email, paste the email address you have on-file here at The Pipe. (Remember, this is what you just copied into your computer's clipboard.) Finally, send the message.

IMPORTANT: Please note that as of July 2010, the process is handled manually by the site administrator and not by an independent third party like before. This means your real name (as it appears on your XJT MyMessages) will be visible to the site owner. After being verified or denied to the closed sections, your email and personal data will be deleted and no records will be kept.
I verify people as soon as I can, but if you catch me when I'm on a 4-day trip or otherwise away from my computer, it could take a few days for me to clear you.
To be 100% clear, let me mention that Expressjet Airlines may have access to your (or my) My Messages, and could potentially find out what your username is and what you posted on the Pipe. Please think before you post.
