Many of any walk of life can fall under that catagory.
Some have blind faith in many subjects. Just about anyone out there touting a picket sign could be cornered and challenged on exactly how much homework they've done personally on whatever it is they're picketing.
Now, I'm not saying that this is what you were saying, because I agree that there are some Christians out there who are two-faced, weak, and unable to think for themselves, just as there are some who oppose Christianity who share the same traits...but there are some out there who would stereotype the entire Christian faith as such, and that boarders bigotry, in my opinion.
Someone said earlier on this thread that if you genuinely seek God, you will find Him and He will reveal Himself to you. And I believe that. I've been astonished at the power of prayer.
In my obvervations, I've found that many who outwardly oppose Christianity (not just saying "it's not for me", but those who ridicule others who choose to follow Christ) have typically not saught Him themselves.
But hypocrisy is definately an "equal opportunity" trait, shared by all walks of life.
And by the way, I'm no perfect Christian. I'm ashamed of some of the choices I've made in my life...but I also take comfort and am genuinely humbled that I'm forgiven of them. I certainly do not deserve to be.
