BAZ, thanks for the info ~ come to think of it when I last used Frontier it was $25 but it was probably because it was the same Zone (one way DEN/LAS) , it probably did go to ZED/ZONE and I didn't realize it. ONT/FA Sherry Knififn

Ok....to clarify. You need to check the COAIR interline agreements link that reflects our mutual agreements with other carriers. It will say either it includes COex or not. If it does include COex you can visit a Cal station and purchase it at the counter. If not, then if we have the agreement, as ExpressJet, either the travel email or at a branded counter will be the path for retrieving passes. Makes sense?

The SWA agreement has just recently been renewed with us as ExpressJet within the past 3 months. I was denied a pass at the LAX Cal counter in March. I then went to Long Beach to receive the passes at the branded counter. However, we still had the 25$ plus tax, fee pass. The updated agreement now, this past week, reflects a ZED fare only agreement.

Peace

Shah.

NO, you don't get any passes for another airlines at THEIR ticket counter... you get them from your own pass office and/or ticket counter (and in some cases continental's... for the ones they haven't kicked us off of yet).

No more industry wide $25 passes, if so that stinks, I bought a ton of them last year to go SAT to BWI and back, bought them at the CAL counter with ID that said dba Continental Express. Is that gone?

yeah they are zonal (ZED) now... not as good as the $25... but seems the whole interline agreement world is going towards zonal... sure beats ID90s....
