Ain't that the truth. Do the new guys honestly think it will ever be better to work at CAL? It has always sucked there for the pilots and it will always suck there@!
Thanks for the help with the Skywest thing CAL!!!

Flowback...maybe to COPA but not here, no way. There I said it. A definitive position based upon no factual knowledge what-so-ever. Maybe I'll try and get a side gig as an oil speculator. Hell, I'm good at this. I just made a fact!

Of course they will furlough. I just wonder whether that falls under "Funding the Future" or "Working Together"?

Just be prep'd to hear how we are stealing jobs from real pilots at real airlines. Yeah, they tossed us to the curb in the upswing, but it gives me no pleasure to see their pilots hit by the bus that LK has thrown them under by ridding himself of a fine regional carrier.
No job security, but who saw $200.00 per barrel oil? It isnt there yet, but as I type..... OH CRAP!

Funny, but sadly true.

I guess that is what Prater meant by "taking it back"........little did we know then, he meant our rj flying.

The saddest thing is the guys that left here about a a year ago, they piled up debt, depleted their savings etc............. to deal with 1st year pay, to make it up 2nd year pay, now this BS. Great timing for Kellner & Co. I hope there are enough COLAS and early outs to where nobody over there loses a job. I hope some of you guys really don't wish that upon those guys. FWIW the CAL MEC was very helpful and supportive the past few months..............
It would be nice if some of us show up the 11th down in IAH

Too bad you cant say how helpful the CAL MEC really was to us in the past few weeks..........ego's be damned, they need to get over it........the pilot group should be told tonight on the conference call.......pilots, please ask this question....and then show up on the 11th if you can.

Any furlough at an ALPA carrier is a bad news for every ALPA pilot.
