I just got off the phone with a SKW CA and he only knew about the same amount of rumors we do. Didn't seem like they know of anything going down but, **** who knows anything anymore.

Sweet! Since we never voted on removing anything out of our contract they have to abide by it and ALL it's clauses. Merged lists and we keep scope... heck, I think I'm gonna bid CRJ Capt and go have a couple 3% beers in celebration! ...pahleeze, I'll believe it when I hear it.

I have heard nothing that indicates they want to merge our list with the SKYW pilots. I was under the impression we would be operated as a separate group, just like ASA.

Besides, what benefit would be realized by merging the lists? When you buy a new toy the last thing you want to do is take it apart and possibly break it.

I normally don't believe 99% of the sh*t on this site, but there was a lot more than normal trading of today's stock. If we do get bought out for 3.50 cents a share, at least I'll make a cool g

He needs to put his beef with Larry aside and do the right thing for the employees and not for himself, if he really cares.

The ERAU antics around this place have to stop or there will not be an Expressjet.

I couldn't agree more. I'm tired of getting peed on from Jim and Larry's pissing contest. I'm just a ticket/gate/ramp agent but I love my job and I hate to see this happening. I was with CAL since 86 then went to Coex so I could stay in MKE. I for one am praying for this Skywest deal to go through so I don't have to start over at some other airline or get some stinking office job. It's a shame how the CAL/Coex relationship has deteriorated. It didn't have to be like this.

SKW will eventually dismantel the Expressjet group, there is NO future in a CPA that's up for review yearly and they pay there pilot crap as do most other airlines. But I'm sure your one of the pilots that is the problem and not the solution and would work for peanuts. SKW buying us is like putting a bandaid on a crack in the dam. I believe the Jims are doing a good job and don't you think they have something to loose too, or is that a challenge for you.

I dont' know if losing some of the best flying for one of the better Legacy carriers is doing a good job?

Better to put a Bandaid on the dam than to have it burst!

What year did you graduate from ERAU?
