Perhaps, I said the same thing after 9/11. I sure was wrong. The thing is, with three airlines ceasing operations in the last three days, what's high fare today, may be low fare tommorrow. Fewer seats for sale is a good thing and SW will still be standing when others aren't...will XJET branded be among them?

The hedges never run out. Three guys buy and sell hedges all day. Its their only job. highest payroll, lowest seat mile cost. Payroll is a very small part of the cost of each flight. Last year was the largest earnings in SWA history.

35 years of predicting the demise of SWA. The moronic tradition continues.....

SWA is a very smart company..... If you've sat on one of their jumpseats recently you would notice they have been flying LRC everywhere..... Up the block time 20 minutes but save LOTS of gas..... Why havent we done this on the branded side?!?

Rumor has it that WN may require the type when they start interviewing again... (whenever that may be.).

I highly recommend Flight Training International (Flight Training International:) out of Denver. They are good people, and can get you done in 5 days for 5,000.

Yes I did notice. ONT to OAK they climbed to 41000 and LRC for power. Why don't we do this on the branded side? WN fuel hedges don't run out anytime soon. Look at their 10K for the facts.

You can do LRC on the branded side! Just do it! I do it about half the time on cal side.

They have the lowest CASM cost excluding fuel for the 737 than any other 737 operator in the US - US Airways is close but not quite there...

They have very little debt....

Sorry they turned you down on the interview.... better luck next time.
