? about hiring pool

I know this isn't the hiring section, but I figure all you in here would know better. Heard about all the COLA and training starting, well who knows when. I was hired Jan 30th and put in the pool. My question is will they void the job offer and make us re-interview if it takes a long time to get ground school going again?

Doubt it...
relax you should be fine. But I would say, that if you get an opportunity before the summer, you might want to have it as an option. If XJT is your best for your QOL, then just relax and know you have a job.

Ok, thanks. I really don't want to work for anyone else and I am moving to Houston. Was thinking maybe I could try and get a job else where within the company in the mean time. I'm just afraid I will loose my job offer.

I don't think they would retract their offer either. I would just say don't put all your eggs in this basket. If you get another offer, think seriously about it. Seniority is everything and the faster you get on someones list, the better off you will be. Of course, work for a respectable company. There are a lot of nervous pilots around here right now because of our unclear future. We are not the only company in that position. Just don't limit yourself. I hope this helps. Best of luck!!

You think they would carer if I took a COLA and went and worked as a street capt for Mesa till I can upgrade here, crazy but actually just got the idea?
