Default Sent In My Letter of Resignation

Well, I'm the next to drop out of here I guess. I put in my notice that my last day will be in about 2 weeks. I am an IAH CA, but I don't suppose I will help that many people on their seniority. I'm an Oct. 2004 hire, about #1250 in the company or something like that. I will definitely miss ExpressJet, but it's time for the next step in my career.

I know the questions are coming, so: It's United Aviation out of Kuwait, Captain of the Embraer Legacy for more take-home pay than any CA on the CAL seniority list. It's a long way from home, but it's a great opportunity. I leave out in a few days and my wife will follow a few weeks later.

If anybody has questions about United Aviation or the schedules, etc..just ask. I am hosting a little party tonight, so it may be tomorrow or later before I get back to you.

Thank you to all of my friends and co-workers. It was a great time. I learned a lot from all of you, CAs and FOs alike. If anybody wants to rent my house, it's available.

Wow... sounds like an adventure!

You actually did help me from a seniority perspective by about two weeks. So... thanks for that!

Enjoy the job, and keep us posted from time to time.

a friend of mine worked with them for 6 months and got a job with NAS (NetJets ME) and his now flying a G-550 out of Jedda for 12 grand a month. Be a little adventurous boys and girls, you only live once.
