Well I can understand the "wait and see" attitude but these early hours after the quarterly report can set the tone for trading long-term. With the stock price going up it will most likely encourage others to buy in now that it doesn't sound like the place is going to hell-in-a-handbasket. I think a big indication will be if we can hold these gains through tomorrow and the rest of the week. If the stock continues to go up (or at least, doesn't wipe out todays' gains) through next couple of days think we'll be in good shape.

The entire airline sector is up as a result of oil prices decreasing.

Actually, 2 days...XJT was up over 10% on Friday as well...Closed at $3.50 today (Monday)...But as previously stated, oil was down $2 today and that usually bumps up us and other airline's value...I hope that this is a trend though...Fly, fly away little XJT!

So let me get this straight... Wall Street was expecting $0.21 a share loss, we almost doubled that with $0.41 loss, and the stock goes UP $0.49 a share? Am I missing something?

This might have something to do with a $26M buy back.

It's all based on oil. In the wise words of one of my favorite comedians, Lewis Black, lets all just calm the fu@k down!
