I hate CCS
I am convinced the company made the pay claim process as tedious as possible in order to deter pilots from making them in the first place. Not only that, but its been a month and a half and I have yet to see my last one credited as add pay. I even went to the trouble of combining 2 repos, the cbt module, and 4 customs pays onto one pay claim as I hear they prefer you to do. Nothing.
I have heard stories about the old days when pilots had to call in to get their pay claims, trip trades, etc., and I imagine we have it better now by far. But could we get something done about a more human-friendly program that was not designed in the 1980's.
Just needed to vent after my original FBO'd trip was dropped from my master schedule, line value, and pay register when I exercised my right to pick up a 2 day trip. My pay claim is having the usual edit errors, and of course I cannot even check in on the system as it is having all kinds of problems.
