I don't think CAL gives a flying F*&^ how quickly we lose pilots.

Of course I'm just a line pilot, I don't see the "big picture".......

Actually...they do...if it will jeopardize our operation, reliability, completion factor, and on-time performance.

So apparently CAL can feel free to operate completely short of pilots but it wouldn't want XJT to do the same.
