Default Looking for a room in IAH for next year...

I'm looking to get back to IAH in January, so if anyone has a room they are expecting to be available or has an interest in going in on a 2 bedroom apartment or something just send me a PM. Thanks.

how much are you willing to spend, including utilities, to have your own room and bathroom in a house 20 mins from the airport?

I'm kind of looking for something in the downtown or midtown area...I'd rather keep the costs at 400-500 per month, but I'm flexible depending on the situation.

Stuff in the downtown/midtown area is more than 900-1000/mo for 2 bedroom....That is about the cost for a 1BR. 2BRs in these areas are more like 1300-1800/mo...so your costs are gonna be higher to live in these areas..... im also looking around.

I pay 1250 a month for a two bedroom in midtown. Its not the nicest apartment, but it is pretty nice. Im gonna buy something this summer down here and am expecting to pay around 225k-250k. Its alot of money, but I figure there is about a 75k premium for living down here as opposed to up north. For 250k in the woodlands I could buy about 5000 sq. ft.

Yep, blows having to pay for convience and lifestyle. But at the end of the night, being able to stagger home makes it all worth it.
